Bowman Consulting is seeking a Lead Right of Way Agent to join our team remotely in Tennessee. This role involves leading negotiations for right-of-way and easement acquisitions, mentoring a small team, and providing comprehensive support in all aspects of right-of-way activities.
The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation and communication skills, a background in right-of-way acquisition, and be committed to a collaborative work environment. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
Competitive compensation ranging from $41 to $67/hour and an extensive benefits package will be offered.
