This is a hybrid internship role for a Real Estate Intern. The role is based in New York, NY, with opportunities for remote work as needed. The intern will support various real estate investment and development projects through market research, financial analysis, reporting, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities may include assisting with property evaluations, participating in sales activities, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of real estate transactions and asset management.

• Understanding of Real Estate and Real Property concepts
• Familiarity with Real Estate Development processes and practices
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities. Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel is needed
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Pursuing a Masters degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related area
