• Build lead lists of short-term rental properties
• Research properties on Airbnb, VRBO, , and public county records
• Find property addresses, owner names, mailing addresses, and phone numbers when available
• Enter and maintain accurate data in our CRM / Google Sheets
• Follow a repeatable research process
• Flag incomplete or uncertain information clearly

• Open to Filipinos only based in the Philippines.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Comfortable with online research and data entry
• High attention to detail
• Able to follow step-by-step instructions
• Reliable internet connection
• Experience using Google Sheets or similar tools

• Prior experience with Airbnb, VRBO, or short-term rental businesses
• Prior experience with CRM platforms
• Prior experience with public records, property research, or lead generation
