This is a hybrid Real Estate Agent role based in Austin, TX, with a mix of in-office, in-field, and work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Agent will guide buyers and sellers through every step of the real estate transaction, including prospecting, conducting property tours, hosting open houses, preparing comparative market analyses, and presenting offers. The role includes advising clients on pricing, market conditions, and property features, as well as coordinating inspections, appraisals, and closing activities with lenders, title companies, and other partners.
The agent will maintain up-to-date listings, manage client communications, and use company tools and technology to track leads, manage pipelines, and support marketing efforts. The position involves building long-term client relationships, engaging in local networking, and representing Goodwin Properties' brand and values in the Austin community.
- Active Real Estate License in the state of Texas, with a solid understanding of Real Estate regulations and Real Property principles.
- Demonstrated Sales experience with the ability to prospect, negotiate, and close transactions in a competitive market.
- Strong Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and a client-focused approach.
- Knowledge of local Austin real estate markets, neighborhoods, and property types, or willingness to develop this expertise quickly.
- Proficiency with real estate CRM systems, MLS platforms, digital marketing tools, and basic office software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients, showings, and deadlines.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, including in-person client meetings, field work, and remote tasks.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally for showings, open houses, and client meetings.
- Prior experience in residential real estate is preferred but motivated early-career professionals with relevant sales or client-facing experience are encouraged to apply.
