Role Description

This is a full-time Real Estate Agent role based in Oxford, AL with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home. The Real Estate Agent will prospect and build a client base, conduct property showings, and guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing real property. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing listings, preparing and presenting offers, coordinating inspections and negotiations, and maintaining accurate documentation.

The role also involves providing responsive customer service, staying informed about local market trends, and collaborating with colleagues and brokers to ensure smooth transactions. Agents are expected to attend in-person client meetings, property visits, and office sessions as needed, while leveraging remote tools for communication and marketing activities.

Qualifications
  • Active Real Estate License and solid understanding of Real Estate practices and local regulations.
  • Customer Service skills with a focus on clear communication, empathy, and responsive follow-up.
  • Sales skills, including lead generation, consultative selling, and closing transactions.
  • Knowledge of Real Property, contracts, and transaction processes.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple clients and listings.
  • Comfort with digital tools such as MLS systems, CRM platforms, and online marketing channels.
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate within a team, and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for showings, meetings, and events.
  • Previous experience in real estate or a related field is preferred but not required.
