Cadet Property & Association Management, LLC is an owner-led property and association management firm built on Clarity, Control, and Accountability. We support condo and HOA boards with disciplined execution, clean financials, and responsive communication—without layers of regional management.
Role SummaryWe’re hiring a Licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) for a part-time, hybrid offsite role supporting a condominium association. This position is communication-forward: you’ll be the day-to-day point of contact for the Board and residents, coordinate vendors, track action items, and help keep operations organized and compliant.
This is not an onsite, full-time manager position. You will complete two (2) on‑site property visits per month (approximately 1 hour each) and handle the remainder of work remotely.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as primary point of contact for Board and resident communications during business hours
- Coordinate and support Board meeting prep (agenda support, management notes, follow‑ups)
- Track maintenance requests, vendor follow‑ups, and open action items (work order/task tracking)
- Conduct 2 property walkthroughs/month and provide written summaries and next steps
- Support violations/enforcement processes as directed by the Board and in line with governing documents
- Vendor coordination: obtain bids, confirm licensing/insurance, schedule access, and follow through
- Support compliance items and required notices/records as directed
- Active Florida CAM license (required)
- Prior condo/HOA association management experience
- Strong written communication and resident/board professionalism
- Organized, responsive, and able to manage tasks independently in an off‑site environment
- Comfortable with property management software and reporting tools (Yardi experience is a plus)
- Must be able to travel locally for scheduled site visits (Broward County)
- Board and residents receive timely, clear communication
- Open items don’t linger—tasks are tracked and closed out
- Vendor work is coordinated cleanly with documentation and follow‑up
- Site visits produce actionable notes and visible progress
Flexible work from home options available.
