The Property Valuation District Advisor supports local municipalities in Vermont on property assessment, valuation, and tax administration compliance.
This home-based, full-time field position serves approximately 40 towns in either the northern or southern region of the state, reporting to the Property Valuation Field Director and providing training, education, and technical assistance to municipal officials on grand list maintenance, property valuation, Current Use programs, and reappraisals.
