Good Life Property Management seeks a Property Maintenance & Projects Coordinator to oversee maintenance operations, capital projects, and emergency restoration across a residential portfolio. This fully remote role requires availability 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Pacific Time and collaboration with homeowners, residents, vendors, and the internal team. You will coordinate repairs, manage vendors, monitor budgets, review estimates, and ensure safety and code compliance.
