The Carol Royse Team, part of Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty in the Tempe area, is hiring a Recruiting Partner to work with top real estate agents. You will nurture warm leads, conduct 1-on-1 Zoom conversations, and help agents join our brokerage.
You set your own hours, work from home or our office, and we handle onboarding. You earn via a compounding revenue-share model: a $200 sign-on bonus per agent who joins and one-third of each agent's cap contribution up to 5,000 per agent annually.
