Role Description The Real Estate Agent at RE/MAX DYNASTY is responsible for guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, or leasing real property in Southern California. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and following up with leads, conducting property showings, preparing and presenting offers, and negotiating contract terms in the best interest of clients. The role also involves performing market analysis, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local inventory and pricing trends, and collaborating with internal team members and external partners such as lenders, inspectors, and escrow officers.
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Whittier, CA, with a mix of in-office, field, and work-from-home responsibilities, including digital communication, documentation management, and virtual client meetings. The Real Estate Agent is expected to provide consistent, high-quality client service while meeting individual and team sales goals.
Qualifications
- Possess an active Real Estate License in the state of California and a solid understanding of Real Estate fundamentals and practices.
- Demonstrated Sales skills, including prospecting, lead conversion, and contract negotiation in a real property environment.
- Strong Customer Service skills with a client-centered mindset and ability to build lasting professional relationships.
- Knowledge of Real Property transaction processes, including listings, disclosures, escrow, and closing procedures.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple clients and transactions.
- Comfort with technology, including MLS systems, CRM tools, electronic document platforms, and virtual meeting software.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within Southern California for showings and client meetings.
- Previous experience in residential or commercial real estate sales is preferred but not required.
