Virtual Assistant – Mid-Term Rental (MTR) Specialist

Are you an Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with experience in Mid-Term Rentals (MTRs)? We're looking for a dedicated MTR VA to help manage day-to-day operations, guest communication, and property performance across our growing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage guest communications before, during, and after stays
• Coordinate bookings, inquiries, and lease agreements
• Handle tenant screening and onboarding processes
• Monitor occupancy and assist with pricing updates
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor communications
• Manage listings across platforms such as Furnished Finder, Airbnb, Zillow, and direct booking channels
• Track renewals, extensions, and move-in/move-out schedules
• Maintain property records, reports, and operational documentation
• Assist with calendar management and reservation updates
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly

Requirements

• Previous experience managing Mid-Term Rental properties
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Familiarity with platforms such as Furnished Finder, Airbnb, Zillow, Guesty, Hostaway, or similar PMS tools
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with tenant screening and lease management
• Knowledge of dynamic pricing tools and occupancy management
• Background in property management, real estate, or hospitality
