Role Description This full-time Real Estate Agent role is a hybrid position based in the Cincinnati Metropolitan Area, with a combination of in-person client meetings, weekly team meeting, property showings, and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, conducting buyer and seller consultations, preparing and presenting listing presentations, and guiding clients through the transaction process from initial contact to closing.

The role involves scheduling and hosting property showings, preparing comparative market analyses, writing and negotiating offers, and coordinating inspections, appraisals, and other contract-related activities. We offer our agents backend support such as a Transaction Coordinator, individualized marketing, team leads and much more. Including competitive commission splits!

Qualifications

  • Active Real Estate License or ability to reactivate.
  • Proven Sales skills and desire to GROW YOUR BUSINESS
    - You plan on exceeding sales goals and convert leads into closed transactions.
  • Strong Customer Service capabilities, including responsiveness, relationship building, and client advocacy.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, managing time and priorities effectively.
  • Reliable transportation
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
