Welltower seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead due diligence, redevelopment, and capital investments across a 90-asset portfolio. You will partner with Investments, Asset Management, and Operations to maximize asset performance and financial returns.
You will manage scopes, budgets, and schedules, coordinate with the Capital Team, and oversee third-party consultants to deliver value-add renovations while ensuring compliance and timely approvals.
