Role Description Real Estate Professionals at CENTURY 21 Judge Fite in Norman, OK help clients buy, sell, and lease residential and commercial properties while providing high-quality, ethical guidance throughout real estate transactions. This full-time hybrid role involves meeting clients in person and in the office, conducting property tours, attending inspections and closings, and performing market research and pricing analyses, with some work-from-home flexibility for tasks such as prospecting, follow-up, and documentation.
Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining a client pipeline, preparing listing presentations and marketing materials, managing real property listings in MLS systems, negotiating offers and contract terms, and coordinating with internal services such as mortgage, title, and property management. Real Estate Professionals are expected to deliver excellent customer service, stay informed about local market trends and regulatory requirements, and participate in company trainings, team meetings, and community events to support ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge of Real Estate practices, including buying, selling, leasing, and market analysis.
- Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Experience or interest in Real Estate Development and working with various types of properties and investment opportunities.
- Proven Sales abilities, including prospecting, lead conversion, negotiation, and closing transactions.
- Understanding of Real Property concepts, contracts, and local regulations relevant to Texas and Oklahoma markets.
- Active or eligible real estate license in Oklahoma (and/or Texas, if applicable), with willingness to comply with all licensing and continuing education requirements.
- Comfort using digital tools for CRM, MLS systems, virtual tours, and online marketing; familiarity with basic office software and communication platforms.
