The Montana Department of Transportation seeks a ROW Review Appraiser II or III in Missoula or Billings, with 4–7 years in real estate appraisal. You will conduct appraisals for land acquisitions, review reports, and determine just compensation.
A potential hybrid remote work arrangement is available. Preference given to applicants with eminent domain experience, and Montana General Appraiser licensure is supported by MDT.
