Bayview Asset Management, LLC is seeking a Sr. Associate, Valuations to support internal decision-making for commercial real estate and lending lines. You will interact with management, clients, vendors, brokers, property managers, and leasing agents to form and present value opinions.
The role requires a strong understanding of valuation concepts, loan underwriting, and analytical communication. MAI or advanced candidacy is preferred;
Bachelor's degree is required.
