The Transaction Coordinator is a full-time hybrid role based in the United States, with a mix of in-office and work-from-home responsibilities. This role manages real estate transactions from contract to closing, ensuring all documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and applicable regulations. Day-to-day tasks include tracking key deadlines, coordinating with agents, clients, escrow officers, lenders, and other parties, and maintaining organized transaction files.
The Transaction Coordinator will communicate regularly with clients to provide status updates, answer questions, and support a smooth closing experience. Additional responsibilities may include preparing and reviewing standard forms, entering data into transaction management systems, resolving issues or delays, and supporting process improvements that align with Shop Prop’s mission to reduce commissions and enhance client satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess skills in Transaction Coordination and Transaction Management to oversee multiple real estate files and timelines efficiently.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Escrow processes and related documentation to support accurate and timely closings.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, agents, and third parties.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management abilities to handle high volumes of transactions with attention to detail.
- Experience in residential real estate, title, or escrow environments is beneficial.
- Proficiency with digital transaction platforms, CRM systems, and standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, document management) is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing requirements.
- Relevant education or training in real estate, business, or a related field is required
