Evergreen Equity LLC is seeking a Lead Manager for a 100% remote, full-time role. You will be the first contact with property owners, building relationships, gathering information, and qualifying opportunities to fit our buying criteria.
You will maintain detailed CRM records and coordinate with the Acquisitions Manager and Analysis Team while following up with leads. The ideal candidate enjoys talking to people, is highly organized, and can work independently without constant supervision.
