Role Description

The Senior Project Manager – This role oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of property-related projects across Postal Realty Trust’s portfolio, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project schedules, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, overseeing inspections and property condition assessments, and addressing operational issues at facilities leased to the USPS.

Qualifications
  • Strong project management skills, including experience leading complex property or facilities initiatives and managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
  • Expeditor and expediting capabilities to coordinate materials, services, and vendors, ensuring that project milestones and operational needs are met in a timely manner.
  • Inspection experience, including conducting or overseeing property inspections, quality checks, and compliance reviews for building systems and infrastructure.
  • Logistics management skills to plan and manage the movement of resources, equipment, and services across multiple sites within a real estate or operations portfolio.
  • Proven experience in commercial real estate, property operations, facilities management, or a related field, preferably with multi-site portfolios.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail and proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal team members, external partners, and service providers.
