Position: Title Support Clerk (Independence Title - TX Based Remote)
** Independence Title Company in the Austin, Texas area,
** a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services is seeking a  
** Title Support Clerk** .  Anywhere Integrated Services is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions.

** The Title Support Clerk is responsible for:*
* + Review surveys on real property in support of closing transactions, incorporating necessary exceptions into title commitments.

+ Perform daily updates or bring-to-dates as requested by Escrow staff, Examiners, and/or Title Officers in anticipation of closing transactions.

+ Make necessary changes to title commitments based on updated title information.

+ Distribute files to an Examiner or Title Officer for further assistance when appropriate.

+ Convert title commitments as needed.

+ Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned by the Vice President of Title Operations.
