Creation Home Buyers is seeking a Real Estate Acquisitions / Home Buying Specialist for a largely remote Northern Utah role with mandatory in-person seller appointments across Utah County to Cache County. You will own the process from lead handoff to signed purchase agreement, including property analysis and strong negotiation.
Expected performance includes closing at least one contract per week, $25,000 in weekly revenue, a 15% closing rate, and 90%+ follow-up. Choose W-2 or 1099 employment.
