HRB, a growing NYC real estate development and construction firm, seeks a Director of Operations to work closely with the Principal. You will oversee multiple projects, coordinate stakeholders, and implement systems to increase efficiency.
This hybrid role is based in Midtown West, on-site 4 days per week, with Fridays work-from-home. The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years in related fields, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
