This full-time Real Estate Agent role is a hybrid position based in Bon Air, VA, with flexibility for some work from home. The Real Estate Agent will represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions, including conducting property showings, listing presentations, and open houses. Responsibilities include prospecting and nurturing leads, preparing and presenting offers, guiding clients through pricing, negotiations, inspections, and closing processes, and maintaining accurate, compliant transaction records.

The role involves conducting market analyses, staying current on local real estate trends and regulations, and leveraging company marketing tools and referral networks to build a strong client base. The Real Estate Agent will provide high-quality customer service, communicate regularly with clients, collaborate with colleagues, and uphold ethical and legal standards in all business activities.

• Active Real Estate License (or ability to obtain one within a defined timeframe) and thorough understanding of real property laws and regulations.
• Demonstrated experience in real estate sales, including listing and buyer representation, pricing strategies, and transaction management.
• Strong customer service skills with a client-focused mindset, excellent listening abilities, and professional communication in person, by phone, and online.
• Proficiency with real estate technology tools (MLS systems, CRM platforms, electronic document and e-signature tools) and basic office software.
• Proven ability to generate and follow up on leads, build long-term client relationships, and meet or exceed sales goals.
• High level of integrity, reliability, and accountability, with strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working in a hybrid arrangement, including in-office work in Bon Air, VA and remote tasks conducted from home.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation for property visits, and willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
