Role Description

The Multi-Site Manager / Property Manager is a full-time position based in Los Angeles, CA. This role oversees daily operations across multiple boutique luxury apartment buildings, including resident relations, lease administration, rent collection, and enforcement of community policies.

The manager coordinates maintenance and housekeeping services, ensures buildings and amenities meet TALA's hospitality-driven standards, and conducts regular property inspections. Responsibilities include supervising on-site staff, managing vendor relationships, supporting marketing and leasing efforts, and tracking occupancy, revenue, and expense performance.

The role also involves preparing reports, implementing operational improvements, and collaborating with leadership to maintain consistent, high-quality resident experiences across all sites.

Qualifications
  • Property and multi-site management skills, including experience overseeing daily operations, resident relations, and lease administration across more than one community.
  • Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations, with the ability to consistently apply fair housing requirements, leasing policies, and resident procedures in a professional and compliant manner.
  • Operational and facilities management capabilities, such as coordinating maintenance, conducting property inspections, and managing vendors and service providers.
  • Customer service and hospitality-oriented skills, with a track record of delivering personalized, high-quality experiences and resolving resident concerns professionally.
  • Business and financial management abilities, including budgeting, rent collection, expense tracking, and reporting on occupancy and revenue performance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, colleagues, and external partners in a diverse environment.
  • Organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize tasks, manage multiple properties, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency with property management software and common office tools, including email, spreadsheets, and document management systems.
  • Experience in luxury, boutique, or hospitality-driven residential properties is preferred.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, real estate, hospitality, or a related field is beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site at Los Angeles properties with some remote work and to travel between buildings as needed.

Compensation

$25.00 to $27.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
