Escrow Officer Remote- Ohio Purchase Escrow Experience (Immediate Start

First Source Title Agency, Inc. is a national title agency with 18 years of industry experience. We're hiring an experienced escrow professional with Ohio purchase transaction expertise who can run files independently from open to close — and we're ready to move fast for the right person.

You'll own Ohio purchase escrow files end-to-end, manage a full pipeline with minimal oversight, and serve as a go-to resource for the escrow team. Immediate start available.

• Manage Ohio residential purchase escrow files independently from opening through closing
• Communicate daily with lenders, buyers, sellers, attorneys, and realtors
• Review and interpret purchase contracts and title commitments; clear title requirements specific to Ohio transactions
• Order payoffs, HOA docs, surveys, tax/water certifications, and lien certificates
• Prepare and distribute closing documents and gather closing invoices
• Mentor escrow officers and assistants on complex files and best practices
• Keep accurate, current notes on all active files

• Hands-on experience closing Ohio purchase escrow transactions independently
• Deep knowledge of the full Ohio title and escrow process
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and reliable in a remote, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to start immediately
