This is a full-time hybrid role for Real Estate Agents based in Virginia, United States, with some work-from-home flexibility. Real Estate Agents will assist clients through the full property transaction cycle, including conducting market research, scheduling and hosting property showings, preparing and presenting offers, and guiding clients through negotiations and closing. Daily responsibilities include maintaining listings, prospecting for new clients, responding to inquiries, and providing timely, professional communication.

The role also involves collaborating with the brokerage team, staying current on local market trends and regulations, and ensuring all activities comply with legal and ethical standards.

• Active Real Estate License and strong knowledge of Real Estate practices and Real Property regulations.
• Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach and the ability to build long-term relationships.
• Sales experience, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing transactions.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing both in-person and remote responsibilities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
