Blue Castle Agency seeks a Regional Property Manager to oversee a Dallas/Southwest multi-site portfolio, combining remote work with regular travel to properties. You will manage market-rate and B/C assets, drive occupancy and revenue goals, and coordinate capital planning with ownership/asset management.
You will coach on-site Community Managers, review budgets, ensure fair housing compliance, and develop talent across the portfolio while traveling to sites for hands-on support.
