Banks Valuation is a growing appraisal firm led by experienced appraisers. We are seeking Certified Residential Appraisers across Idaho to provide accurate valuations and reliable client service while supporting long-term growth.
This is a 1099 independent contractor role with per-report compensation and a 90-day evaluation period. In select markets, high performers may move into limited salaried staff appraiser roles with bonuses, 401(k), and health benefits.
