Resi Home in Charlotte, NC seeks a 1099 Leasing Agent to work 100% remotely with 15%-25% property visits. You will be the first contact with prospective residents, qualify inquiries, and sell the features of our homes to drive applications.
Responsibilities include managing the leasing and application process, nurturing relationships, and using clear communication to resolve questions and close leases. A real estate license is preferred but not required; a BA or AS degree is preferred.
