Role Description This full-time Real Estate Salesperson role is based in Greater Orlando and follows a hybrid work model, combining in-office client-facing activities with some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Salesperson will prospect and qualify leads, conduct property showings, host open houses, and guide clients through the purchase, sale, or lease of residential and investment properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and presenting listing proposals, conducting comparative market analyses, drafting and reviewing real estate contracts and related documents, and coordinating inspections, appraisals, and closing activities.

The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, building long-term client relationships through attentive customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to leverage Nest Seekers' marketing, technology, and media resources. The Real Estate Salesperson is expected to adhere to all real estate laws and ethical standards while representing the Nest Seekers brand in a professional and inclusive manner.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License with knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property transactions.
