Work Bay is seeking a Leasing & Property Manager to oversee the Dallas–Arlington–Carrollton market, driving tenant leasing, owner-tenant relationships, and high retention rates. You will manage showings, leads in the CRM, and move-ins/moves-outs, coordinating with the home office as needed.
Responsibilities include lease administration in Appfolio, site visits, and ongoing tenant onboarding and support to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
