This is a part-time, flexible hours, hybrid position for a Real Estate Manager primarily based in Las Vegas, NV, with work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Manager will oversee property management operations, handle lease administration, collaborate on commercial real estate initiatives, and manage lease agreements. Responsibilities include ensuring optimal property performance, maintaining compliance with lease terms, managing tenant relationships, and supporting acquisition and redevelopment projects.

Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial property management and real estate operations
• Proficiency in lease administration and managing Leases
• Understanding of commercial real estate practices and industry standards
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Proficiency in Yardi Voyager and Microsoft Suite of applications is a plus
• Nevada Property Management License - required
