We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for experienced real estate professionals with backgrounds in property management, leasing, brokerage, real estate operations, and related property-focused roles.
This role focuses on reviewing and evaluating real estate-related documents and professional work products for quality, accuracy, relevance, and practical soundness. Selected professionals will apply real-world industry judgement to assess property analyses, operational materials, spreadsheets, presentations, and related documentation while providing clear, structured feedback.
Key Responsibilities Real Estate Operations- Review real estate-related documents, analyses, and operational materials for accuracy and completeness
- Assess whether recommendations reflect realistic property and real estate environments
- Evaluate operational assumptions, processes, and supporting information
- Identify inconsistencies, missing information, or impractical conclusions
- Apply professional judgement grounded in real-world real estate experience
- Evaluate materials involving property operations and management
- Review processes related to tenant coordination, property administration, and ongoing asset operations
- Assess whether proposed approaches are practical and appropriately structured
- Identify gaps in operational planning or documentation
- Evaluate property-management recommendations for clarity and relevance
- Review materials related to leasing, property marketing, and client interactions
- Assess communication, coordination, and transaction-related workflows
- Evaluate whether recommendations appropriately reflect real-world customer and property requirements
- Identify incomplete or inconsistent approaches
- Apply practical judgement to leasing and property-related scenarios
- Review property-related analyses, reports, and supporting data
- Assess whether conclusions are appropriately supported by available information
- Evaluate assumptions, calculations, comparisons, and recommendations
- Identify analytical inconsistencies or unsupported conclusions
- Review quantitative information for accuracy and decision usefulness
- Review real estate and property-related spreadsheets for accuracy and consistency
- Assess calculations, tables, assumptions, and supporting information
- Identify missing data, calculation issues, or inconsistencies
- Evaluate whether spreadsheet outputs support stated conclusions
- Maintain strong attention to detail across quantitative work products
- Review Word documents and PowerPoint presentations for clarity, accuracy, and professional quality
- Assess organisation, supporting analysis, tables, and presentation materials
- Identify inconsistencies between underlying information and presented conclusions
- Evaluate whether recommendations are communicated clearly
- Review materials against defined project guidelines
- Assess assigned work products against defined quality standards
- Identify substantive real estate, operational, analytical, and presentation issues
- Distinguish material concerns from minor editorial issues
- Provide clear, concise, and actionable written feedback
- Apply evaluation criteria consistently across assignments
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- At least 2+ years of relevant professional experience in real estate, property management, leasing, brokerage, or a closely related field
- Experience as a Property Manager, Real Estate Agent, Real Estate Broker, Leasing Professional
, or similar real estate professional - Strong understanding of real estate and property operations
- Strong analytical and document-review skills
- High attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines
- Strong written communication skills
- Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Comfortable reviewing varied real estate and property-related work products
- Able to work independently and provide precise professional feedback
- Part-time independent contractor engagement
- Fully remote
- Applicants must be based in the United States, Europe, United Kingdom, or Canada
- Compensation: $70-$150/hour
- Flexible scheduling based on project requirements
- Work focuses on real estate operations, property management, document review, and structured evaluation
- Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded based on project needs and performance
- Work must be completed without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, institution, or other third party
