JG Equity is seeking an experienced Lead Manager – Real Estate Disposition to qualify cash buyers for our properties in a full-time remote role based in Colombia. You will reach out to potential cash buyers, verify financial capability, and ensure they meet the necessary qualifications.
Responsibilities include cold calling, maintaining buyer data, and scheduling showings for qualified buyers, with full-time hours aligned to US Eastern Time. Fluency in English/Spanish is preferred.
