Bes Title Agency, Inc. seeks an experienced Escrow Officer to manage buyer and seller closings and coordinate remote closings in the Coffeyville area. You will work up files, prepare closing documents, and ensure compliance with lender requirements.
You will train new staff, schedule closings, and serve as the main point of contact for lenders, real estate agents, and other parties. A high school diploma and real estate closing experience are a plus.
