As a CBRE Transaction Management Coordinator, you will support the real estate transaction management team and be responsible for documentation related to the transaction process flow including client listings and voucher processing for a premier technology client. Remote position, West Coast or East Coast time zones preferred.
What You’ll Do:- Prepare vouchers used to collect the commissions due to the company. Manage all listing and deal files in compliance with Real Estate regulations.
- Create files for all executed listing and commission agreements and complete checklists. Distribute listing renewal information to sales professionals.
- Maintain property signs inventory. Complete signage purchase orders, and marketing budget forms.
- Assist with managing the trust accounts for earnest monies. This includes processing deposits and issuing checks per local rules and requirements.
- Obtain necessary verifications of contingencies to adhere to company revenue recognition policies.
- Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
- Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
- Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
