Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Broker / Agent located in Lombard, IL, with some flexibility for remote work. The Senior Broker / Agent will be responsible for managing and executing real estate transactions, serving investors, landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers. Day-to-day duties include prospecting potential clients, conducting property market analyses, negotiating contracts, preparing leasing or sales documentation, maintaining relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver expert real estate services.
The role requires the ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of real estate regulations, market trends, and transaction processes
- Expertise in client relationship management, contract negotiation, and sales strategies
- Proficiency in property market analysis, leasing, and investment advisory
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a hybrid work environment
- Previous experience in commercial real estate or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital tools is a plus
