The Agent or "Jr. Broker" role is a commission only full-time, hybrid position based in Boston, MA, with flexibility for some work from home. The agent will prospect and develop new commercial client relationships, conduct property tours, and manage lease and sales transactions from initial inquiry through closing. Daily responsibilities include analyzing market data, preparing property listings and marketing materials, coordinating showings, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and listing platforms.
The agent will negotiate terms, prepare and review transaction documents in coordination with legal and finance teams, and provide ongoing client support to ensure a professional and responsive experience. Collaboration with colleagues on market research, strategy, and business development initiatives is also an integral part of this role.
- Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License (Massachusetts license preferred, additional Northeast states a plus).
- Candidates should possess strong Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including commercial leasing, sales, and local market dynamics.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, with experience in prospecting, pipeline management, and closing transactions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build relationships, communicate clearly, and respond promptly to client needs.
- Relevant qualifications include experience in commercial brokerage or related fields, familiarity with real estate analytics tools, and proficiency with CRM and listing platforms.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
