We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Associate with 4+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience to join a collaborative team in Los Angeles. • You will work on a range of real estate transactional matters, including:
• Purchase and sale agreements
• Loan and financing documentation
• Joint venture and operating agreements

• Managing deals from inception through closing
