Job Details
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented an Assistant Property Manager to join our team in the Accounting and Finance industry. This role is an exceptional opportunity for an individual with a strong background in property management and a keen interest in finance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with proficiency in property inspections, tenant files, rent collections, record keeping, vendor, and contractor communication for property upkeep, and posting listings.
This position offers a unique blend of responsibilities that will allow you to utilize your management and financial skills to their fullest potential.
Responsibilities
Conducting regular property inspections to ensure the highest standards of property maintenance and adherence to safety regulations.Managing tenant files, ensuring all necessary documentation is up-to-date and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Overseeing rent collections and maintaining accurate financial records.Liaising with vendors and contractors to coordinate property upkeep and repairs, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of all tasks.Posting property listings, coordinating viewings, and assisting in the tenant selection process.Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and budgets for property operations.Collaborating with the property management team to develop strategies for maximizing property revenue and profitability.Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, preferably within the Accounting and Finance industry.Proven experience in property inspections, tenant file management, rent collections, record keeping, and vendor and contractor communication.Proficiency in posting property listings and managing property viewings.Strong financial acumen with experience in budget preparation and financial reporting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.This Assistant Property Manager role is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
