Compensation: $1400-$2500 USD Per Month!

• Handle maintenance requests, neighbor disputes, and tenant concerns professionally.
• Maintain detailed records of financial transactions and property maintenance activities.
• Act as the main point of contact for tenants to ensure a positive rental experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
• Communicate effectively with professional housekeepers.
• Manage and update booking listings regularly.

• Experience with property management tools like App Folio, Buildium, Guesty, or Hostaway.
• Familiarity with short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb, Vrbo, or
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Experience in vendor and maintenance coordination.

• 1+ years of proven experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
• High level of motivation and persistence.
• Energetic and upbeat.
• Team player.
• Willingness to listen to feedback and improve.
