Role Description This is a contract hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent, based in Garland, TX, with the option for some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting real estate properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property tours, preparing and reviewing contracts, providing expert advice to clients on property values and market trends, and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional customer service.

The role also involves negotiating deals and collaborating with other real estate professionals to ensure successful transactions. Qualifications  Must possess a valid Texas Real Estate License.  Proficient in Real Estate transactions or willing to learn and follow TREC laws.  Strong Customer Service and computer skills.  Knowledge or desire to learn the local real estate market.  Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.  

Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.  Proficiency in using real estate CRM tools and technology is a plus.
