Director of Property Management

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Director of Property Management for our client, an established and growing real estate organization in Cincinnati, OH! This is a Direct Hire, primarily onsite opportunity offering a salary of $120,000–annually, depending on experience, with the potential for a bonus. The Director of Property Management will provide operational leadership across a diverse real estate portfolio, oversee and develop property management teams, strengthen processes, and drive consistent operational performance.

• Lead day-to-day property management operations across a diverse portfolio of properties.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to property management teams while establishing clear expectations and accountability.
• Develop, implement, and improve operational processes, procedures, and standards across the portfolio.
• Monitor property operations and performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, service, and overall results.
• Partner cross-functionally with organizational leadership and other real estate functions to support portfolio and business objectives.
• Drive consistent operational execution and effective property management practices across the portfolio.

• Extensive progressive experience in property management and real estate operations with substantial leadership experience.
• Strong property management operations background, rather than experience focused primarily on leasing or asset management.
• Experience overseeing teams and a complex or multi‑property real estate portfolio.
• Multifamily/residential property management experience; exposure to affordable housing and/or commercial properties is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, strengthen processes, and improve operational performance.

• This Direct Hire opportunity offers a salary of $120,000 annually, depending on experience, with the potential for a bonus.
• The position is primarily onsite in Cincinnati, OH, with one work-from-home day per week.
• Minimal local travel to properties may be required.
