Job Description
VCPRE's growing, entrepreneurial commercial real estate brokerage is actively recruiting brokers to join its Midtown Manhattan office. The ideal candidate has an existing track record in the Real Estate industry and wants to work in a high-energy office with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To- Sourcing new leads on off-market investment sales opportunities and buyers of commercial real estate
- Working independently while collaborating on deals with others in the office
- Responsibility to maintain and organize one’s own information on the deals they control
- Bachelor’s Degree (In-Progress Acceptable)
- Minimum 3-5 Years of Experience in CRE
- Strong understanding of CRE industry and concepts
- Strong verbal, written, and communication skills
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Accustomed to managing several projects simultaneously
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of New York City
This position is full-time and commission based with a potential monthly draw. Some remote work is acceptable, but the individual is expected to be working on a consistent basis.
