A growing national real estate brokerage is confidentially seeking an experienced Michigan Managing Broker to oversee, support, and help expand its agent operations within the state.

This is an opportunity for an established real estate professional who enjoys leadership, agent development, compliance, and business growth. The position is 100% remote and offers a monthly stipend plus commission and additional performance-based earning opportunities.

As Managing Broker, you will serve as a key leader for the brokerage's Michigan operations. You'll support licensed agents, provide guidance on transactions and regulatory requirements, assist with recruiting and growth, and help maintain a professional, compliant, and productive brokerage environment.

• Serve as the Managing Broker for Michigan operations
• Recruit and onboard qualified real estate agents, with an emphasis on investment-focused real estate
• Lead, mentor, and support agents in their day-to-day business
• Provide guidance regarding contracts, transaction terms, state regulations, and brokerage policies
• Maintain appropriate brokerage and agent compliance with Michigan real estate requirements
• Support agents in resolving transaction and client-related issues
• Foster a collaborative, professional, and performance-driven brokerage culture
• Help expand the brokerage's presence and agent network within Michigan
• Work closely with company leadership and operational teams to support continued growth

• Active Michigan Managing Broker License required
• Established real estate industry experience
• Previous brokerage leadership, management, or agent-supervision experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of Michigan real estate regulations, contracts, and compliance requirements
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable recruiting, mentoring, and developing real estate professionals
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in helping grow a brokerage operation
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
