House Buyers of America is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to follow up on leads, value properties, estimate repairs, and close deals. The role is remote, but regular in-person meetings with prospects/clients are required to maximize deal flow.
You will analyze comps, negotiate acquisitions, perform due diligence, and coordinate with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during closing. A 4+ year sales background and top performance are expected; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
