Steigerwaldt Land Services, Inc. is seeking a Right of Way Agent in Wisconsin to support land acquisition, land leasing, permitting, and construction activities for oil and gas, wind, solar, and transmission projects.
You will negotiate fee titles, easements, leases, and permits, establish relationships with landowners, prepare agreement documents, and coordinate with project stakeholders. Travel up to 50% is required in a remote-friendly hybrid work environment.
