This full-time Real Estate Agent role is a hybrid position based in Ashland, OH, with a mix of in-office, field work, and some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Agent will represent buyers and sellers in real property transactions, including showing homes, conducting market analyses, preparing and presenting offers, and guiding clients through negotiations and closing. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and following up on leads, building and maintaining a client database, providing responsive customer service, and coordinating with lenders, inspectors, title companies, and other parties.

The agent will use Keller Williams' technology platforms and marketing tools to list properties, promote services, and track pipeline activity, while attending training sessions, team meetings, and coaching as needed. The role requires consistent communication, local market knowledge, and adherence to all legal and ethical standards.

• Possess an active Real Estate License and foundational knowledge of Real Estate principles and practices.
• Demonstrated experience or strong aptitude in Sales and Real Property transactions, including pricing, offers, and negotiations.
• Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build relationships, manage expectations, and communicate clearly with diverse clients.
• Familiarity with local Ashland, OH market trends and the ability to perform comparative market analyses.
• Comfort using digital tools and CRM systems for lead management, marketing, and transaction tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities effectively.
• High ethical standards and compliance with state and national real estate laws; membership in local and national Realtor associations is a plus.
• Prior experience in residential real estate, sales, or a related field is preferred but not required; ongoing training provided by Keller Williams.
