CBRE is seeking a Sr. Facilities Analyst to own operations for 15–20 retail banking locations in the Milwaukee area, with a remote work environment and regular local travel.
You’ll coordinate repairs, inspect sites, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance and strong vendor management. Required 2–5 years of experience, CMMS proficiency, and solid MS Office skills;
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience considered.
