Locate is seeking a Transaction Manager for a fully remote role servicing a national client base. You will own a defined book of client accounts, directing outside brokers and negotiating lease terms from site selection to execution.
The ideal candidate has 1+ years in transaction management or brokerage coordination, an active real estate license, and experience negotiating lease terms. Proficiency with MS Office and CoStar is preferred.
